[Standard] Community translations of the Standard for Public Code

Hello!

This is just a quick note that we have started a way to facilitate the workflow for community translations of the Standard for Public Code. Not all details for the publishing of these are done yet, but don't let that stop you from starting translating, we'll figure this out soon. So far Spanish, Danish and Swedish have been started.
