There have been a significant number cancelations for the product steering meeting this morning at 09:00. Also the planned product-steering for tomorrow the 10th is not feasible for tomorrow due to cancellations.

My proposal is to have a new meeting planned in the new year for our backlog work session and our recurring product steering meeting.

I urge everyone to fill out the datumprikker I have sent out. Tomorrow I will send out new invitations for these meetings.

Furthermore I would like to add that in order to get a structural overview and create the roadmap of Signalen it is important for us to come together and work through the backlog together and attend these meetings as much as possible. In our upcoming worksession I will make sure we also include some background information and history of Signalen product development and a retrospective to see how we can get the most out of our product steering meeting and move forward.
