Even als (nu nog wel) outsider een kort vraagje over de notes:

"Would be nice to have keynote speaker who can share experience about working in open-source with community and governemnt."

Nou draai ik al erg lang mee in open source maar afhankelijk van hoe je bovenstaande zin leest kan ik wel of niet iets voor jullie betekenen :-)

Dus als bedoelt wordt "Would be nice to have keynote speaker who can share experience about working in open-source", of "Would be nice to have keynote speaker who can share experience about working in open-source with community" dan help en denk ik graag mee. Als bedoelt wordt "Would be nice to have keynote speaker who can share experience about working in open-source with community and governemnt."  dan heb ik tot nu toe slechts één succesvol project op mijn cv staan (en dat project liep 20 jaar geleden :-) ).

Maar, misschien slaat het hele bovenstaande als een tang op het spreekwoordelijke varken.  In dat geval resten slechts excuses :-).
